A beautiful handmade gift!
Sometimes it's wonderful to pause and appreciate the journey we've embarked on together. The path has been filled with moments of joy, hard work, and mutual appreciation. One of these moments of appreciation came in the form of a beautiful handmade picture, given as a birthday gift by the lovely Sophie Hamblin. This picture serves as a wonderful reminder of what we've accomplished together.
We've been successful in creating a welcoming and charming space for both our local Blewbury villagers and visitors from other towns and cities. This place, our pub, has become a beacon of warmth and camaraderie. The success we're enjoying today isn't a stroke of luck or a mere coincidence, it's a direct result of your hard work and dedication.
Our appreciation extends to our customers, and friends who have chosen us. Your trust and loyalty inspire us to work harder and ensure that you enjoy every moment at our pub. Your happiness is our ultimate reward.
In addition to the joy and happiness we share, we've also received meaningful gifts. One such gift came from our dear friends Frank and Nial. He gave a birthday gift to our Landlord Kevin, and in essence, to all of us — a brand new last order bell! This bell now adorns our bar, and it looks fantastic. We are grateful for such thoughtful gestures.
Over £1000 raised for Oxfordshire Wildlife Rescue so far this year!
We continue to extend our support to the Oxfordshire Wildlife Rescue. We believe in their cause, and we're thrilled to share that we raised £50 last week through the Meat Draw happening on Fridays. The total amount we've raised this year so far is £1256! We are grateful for your generous contributions.

Oxfordshire Wildlife Rescue's Spring Fayre 2024
We're also excited about an upcoming event — the Oxfordshire Wildlife Rescue's Spring Fayre 2024. The organization is ramping up their fundraising efforts this year with a goal for their Wildlife Hospital Appeal. They plan on making the event a grand affair with live music, performances, lots of rides, stalls, food stands, and much more. In short, there will be something for everyone!

Let's start with our exciting Wednesday events. As you may know, we have a quiz this Wednesday. But that's not all! We also host a special Bluebie Kids Club on Wednesdays.
The Bluebie Kids Club is a fun-filled event that takes place three times a week, specifically on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
On Wednesday, we open our doors from 4 PM to 6 PM for your kids to play and connect in a pleasant and stimulating environment, away from electronic devices. We encourage children to indulge in puzzle learning activities using our learning sheets.
