The journey to La Parilla Fantastico began long before 100 days. Our Landlords, Kevin and Caron, love the Canary Islands and other Spanish places. Each visit to these places added up to inspiration to create this NEW Restaurant. Every taste of Gambas al ajilo (Garlic prawns), or other Spanish dishes, became a desire to bring those flavours back home to the UK for you! And now we have a Spanish-Inspired Mediterranean fusion cuisine ready to be served an enjoyed every time you visit us. Amamzing News!
