At The Blueberry our Pizzas are famous. They are truly authentic, thin crust Italian style and on many occasions we have been told by Italian customers that they are the best that they have tasted outside of Italy. No thick soggy bases here, these are the real thing.
What makes them so good is that the oven is wood fired using beech wood which imparts a slightly smoky flavour to the dough crust. Also because they are oven bottom baked on a hot stone base, this makes them crispy.

We have a range of 15 different pizzas on our menu at any one time plus special guest pizzas. These can be our Hoisin Duck, The Big Burger, Chilli con carne pizzas or even one with a guest topping from one of our local indian restaurants such as Chicken Jalfreizi.
